Ray Hamscher

Ray Hamscher out of Valpariso, IN is the owner of this V-8 Fiero. Now Ray can give us all training in how to raise our children, or how to treat our fathers. Ray has been driving his formerly V-6 powered automatic '86 Fiero GT for several years. His son Joe, has watched his dad enjoy this Fiero. Good son like he is, Joe gave his dad a second childhood gift by haveing us do a V-8 swap to dads car. Joe & Ray built this warmed over 350 SBC engine useing the Edlebrock top end system. The heads, valve train, valve covers, intake manifold, carb, cam & lifters are a matched system from Edlebrock, and they give this engine about 330 HP.

The Automatic Transmission was sent out to JPT transmissions for a workout. Then we installed the whole conbination in Dad's '86 GT. You can trust me on two things, This car runs strong and we all should have a son like Joe.
